What BitShoppers is

An independent price-comparison website for products sold by shops that accept cryptocurrency, plus a database of crypto debit and credit cards. We sell nothing, hold no cryptocurrency, take no payments and give no financial advice. Every purchase happens on a third-party shop's own site under its own terms.

How we are funded — affiliate disclosure

BitShoppers earns a commission from some shops, gift-card providers and card issuers when a visitor clicks an outbound link and buys or signs up. Those links carry the "sponsored" attribute in the page code. The commission is paid by the merchant and adds nothing to what you pay.

Commission has no effect on what we show or in what order: product comparisons sort by total cost, and the card database sorts by Trustpilot score. Merchants cannot pay to be listed higher, and a shop that pays no commission is listed exactly like one that does.

Sources and attribution

Prices and stock come from shops' public pages and feeds. Ratings and reviews come from Trustpilot and are attributed to it wherever they appear; they are Trustpilot's data and the reviewers' opinions, not ours. Product images and names belong to their manufacturers and are used to identify the products compared. Coin marks are from the public-domain cryptocurrency-icons set.

Digital Services Act — point of contact and notices

For authorities, and for anyone who believes content on this site is illegal, inaccurate or infringes their rights, the single point of contact is hello@bitshoppers.com (English or Danish). We acknowledge notices promptly and act on substantiated ones without undue delay: we correct or remove the content, and we tell the sender what we did and why.

A notice should say which page (the URL), what is wrong, why you believe it is illegal or infringing, and how to reach you. Shops and card issuers who want a listing corrected can use the same address; a listing is corrected, never delisted, when the fix is a fact.

BitShoppers hosts no user-generated content of its own and offers no marketplace, so it does not operate as an online platform under the DSA; we still keep this channel because an online interface that lists other businesses should be reachable about what it lists.

Disputes

Complaints about a purchase belong with the shop you bought from. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, which we are obliged to point to; we are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board and do not.
