1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of bitshoppers.com ("BitShoppers", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use BitShoppers. The operator of the site is named on the Legal notice page.

2. BitShoppers is a comparison service, not a seller

BitShoppers does not sell, stock, ship, warrant or take payment for any product listed on the site. Every product is sold by an independent third-party shop. We collect their public listings, match them by manufacturer part number and show them side by side so you can compare, and we link you to the shop.

We do not hold, convert, custody, exchange or transmit cryptocurrency, and we never take a payment. When you decide to buy, you leave BitShoppers and deal directly with the shop under its own terms.

3. No contract through BitShoppers

You cannot order, pay or enter into a purchase contract on BitShoppers. Any contract, payment, delivery, warranty, return, refund or dispute is solely between you and the shop, under the shop's own terms and the consumer law that applies to it. If something goes wrong with a purchase, it must be resolved with the shop.

4. Prices, stock, coins and accuracy

Prices, shipping costs, stock, accepted coins, delivery times, specifications and images are collected from shops' public pages and feeds and from the shops themselves. They can be out of date, incomplete or different from what the shop shows at checkout. The shop's own checkout is the only binding quote. Always confirm the price, the accepted coins and the delivery terms with the shop before you pay.

Amounts shown in a cryptocurrency are indicative conversions of a fiat price at a daily reference rate, not a quote. The shop sets the binding amount on its own invoice at its own rate.

All information on BitShoppers is provided "as is", without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.

5. Gift cards and crypto cards

Some routes to a shop go through a gift card bought from a third-party provider, or through a crypto debit or credit card issued by a third party. Those providers are not BitShoppers, their products are not sold by us, and their terms, fees, country restrictions and identity checks are theirs. A gift-card balance is usually locked to one storefront and one country and cannot be refunded once redeemed; check the provider's terms before buying one.

6. Not financial, tax or legal advice

Nothing on BitShoppers is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, hold, spend or convert any cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency prices are volatile, and spending or converting coins can have tax consequences where you live. Decide for yourself, or ask a licensed adviser.

7. Rankings, ratings and reviews

Product comparisons are sorted by total cost or by the criteria you choose. Ratings and reviews shown for shops, gift-card providers and card issuers come from third-party sources such as Trustpilot and are always attributed. They reflect the opinions of the people who wrote them, not ours, and we do not guarantee their accuracy. A "best rated" label states a score at a point in time, not a recommendation.

8. Affiliate links and how we are paid

Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you buy after clicking one, the shop or provider may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are marked with the "sponsored" attribute in the page code. Commission never changes a price we show or a position in a comparison; comparisons sort by total cost. 9. Our liability

Because BitShoppers only compares and links, we are not responsible for any shop, provider or card issuer, for the products they sell, or for the outcome of any purchase, payment or transaction you make with them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BitShoppers is not liable for any loss, damage, lost coins, failed payment or dispute arising from information found on the site or from a purchase made through a link on it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Acceptable use

You may use BitShoppers to research and compare products for your own use. Do not scrape the site at scale, republish our content, attempt to disrupt or overload the service, probe its security, or use it for anything unlawful. Automated access for indexing by search engines and AI assistants is permitted within the limits set in our robots file.

11. Intellectual property

The BitShoppers name, logo, design, database structure and original text belong to us. Product names, shop names, card names and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to identify what is being compared.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page with its date at the top, and continuing to use BitShoppers after a change means you accept the new version.

13. Governing law and contact
